Refund Policy
If the product comes with any defect such as miss prints, wrong design, wrong item, or damaged merchandise, we will issue a full refund or remake upon verification of photos showing the defect. You can choose a refund or we can remake it and ship you another.
All orders due to wrong size will need to be shipped back to us at buyer expense. We can send you a different size or refund you.
Our 14 Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days after you received it. You will have to pay for return shipping so please look at photos and size charts, product dimensions, and product descriptions before you purchase.
In these cases you can also choose to have another shipped to you or ask for a full refund.
Please send returns to 11898 S Inauguration rd Draper, UT 84020. Once I receive the package I will issue a refund on your order.
If there is an issue with shipping and your order is stuck in transit or lost, we will look into it with the shipping provider and give you further instructions on retrieving your package.
If your order is truly lost, and was never marked as delivered, it is covered by insurance and we will resend you another order.
Personalized orders of any kind are non returnable!
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
